looking to apply

Hello everyone looking to apply just had some questions, I am new to the game but I the wiki and i have become really good friends. I am a fast learner and catching on pretty fast. DO you all only attack non alliance people ?
So if i was in tetro and attacked someone that was weaker than me but there in a alliance some where that is frowned on ? Looking to join a alliance the means to communicate well.

It's ok to attack anyone you want in the game... As long as it's profitable and doesn't put the alliance in a situation that could lead to war...

This alliance communicates very well, we have these large forums and we are all friends. There is alot to these forums you can't see but if/when you join you will be able to.
